Release time:
2023-08-16 10:21
1. three-electrode system
1. Material preparation: supercapacitor material powder sample, polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, conductive agent (acetylene black), binder, reference electrode, counter electrode, foam nickel, electrolytic cell, electrolyte.
2. Preparation process: Weigh sample powder, polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, conductive agent and binder into a small beaker, mix evenly, repeatedly stir into paste, put into an oven at 80 ℃, bake into a semi-dry state, put into a tablet press, press into 150 ~ 300μm sheets, cut into 1cm2 electrode sheets, and put into an oven at 120 ℃ for drying. The dried electrode sheet was pressed onto nickel foam at 10MPa by a hydraulic press and used as a working electrode.
2. two-electrode system (button cell)
1. Material preparation: powder sample, PTFE emulsion, conductive agent, adhesive, copper foil, diaphragm, electrolyte, button cell shell, gasket.
2. Preparation process:
(1) Similar to the three-electrode sample preparation process, weigh the powder sample, mix and stir the PTFE emulsion, binder and conductive agent together to form a slurry. Lay copper foil on the flat glass, pour the slurry on the copper foil, quickly pull the slurry with a glass rod with aluminum tape, as far as possible smooth and stable, so that the slurry is laid flat on the copper foil. Put the coated electrode material into an oven at 80 ℃ for drying, and after drying, punch a hole with a hole punch. Take off the electrode pieces with tweezers, weigh, and select about 10 pieces with similar quality for standby.
(2) Put the electrode material, diaphragm, electrolyte, button battery shell, etc. into the glove box. The assembly sequence is: lithium battery shell, gasket, electrode sheet, electrolyte, diaphragm, electrolyte, electrode sheet, gasket, lithium battery shell, and seal with a sealing machine. Finally, pay attention to the electrode sheet, gasket, etc. should be placed in the middle to avoid short circuit.
