Key Features: 1. The turntable features an imported divider from Taiwan, ensuring high precision and stable positioning. 2. The vacuum extraction pipe is positioned in the lower vacuum chamber, while the vacuum release pipe is installed in the upper vacuum chamber, guaranteeing that airflow moves toward the electrolyte tank and minimizing electrolyte contamination. 3. The upper and lower end caps utilize a side-lock screw structure, making it easy to disassemble and maintain the caps. 4. The blade assembly is mounted on the upper wall cover plate, which automatically rises when not in operation, facilitating convenient maintenance and replacement of components like the blade and upper end cap. 5. The sealing temperature is precisely set via the temperature controller on the control panel. 6. The system employs two sets of heat-sealing heads—upper and lower—crafted from high-quality copper plates. 7. The thermocouples are imported from Taiwan, featuring 8-core Teflon-coated thermocouple wires that offer exceptional resistance to high temperatures and corrosion. 8. The upper vacuum chamber’s pressure plate uses a spring-loaded design, with an integrated magnet beneath the plate to securely hold it in place. A locating pin further ensures precise alignment, allowing for easy removal of the plate for applying Teflon tape.

Control System: Equipped with PLC for centralized control, featuring built-in electrical components such as circuit breakers, contactors, temperature controllers, and vacuum gauges. It includes advanced protection functions like short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and overvoltage protection. 8. Vacuum Source: ≤ -95 kPa (to be provided by the buyer). 9. Both heat-sealing time and vacuum time are set via the touch screen, while sealing pressure is adjustable on the operation panel. Temperature control accuracy is maintained within ±3°C. The entire process is managed by PLC programming; if the temperature exceeds or falls below the safe range, the machine will automatically shut down and trigger an alarm.
