Key features: 1. The stamping speed and pressure can be set independently by the user. 2. The punching pitch can also be adjusted according to user requirements. 3. The machine is equipped with a protective enclosure; operators load and unload materials safely outside the guard, while the stamping die operates securely inside, completely isolating personnel from the tooling to ensure worker safety. 4. During die stamping, the electrode sheet is firmly pressed, ensuring high stamping accuracy. Additionally, the die’s inner bore is fitted with an elastic soft pad, which helps eject circular samples smoothly when the die is lifted, preventing materials from getting stuck. Furthermore, controlled compressed air is integrated into the die core, enabling high-pressure air blasts to dislodge finished parts after stamping is complete. 5. After startup, the machine must return to its home position. Only after completing this homing process can it begin operation.
