Key Features: 1. The transmission system features a camshaft combined with a six-guide-post mechanism, equipped with manual sheet-loading functionality. A semi-automatic cylinder-based material-pushing system advances the electrode sheet material precisely into the die-cutting position, and once cutting is complete, the material is automatically ejected. 2. The die-cutting blades are secured using a fully automatic blade-locking mechanism, offering robust clamping force, excellent stability, and easy installation and removal for quick tool changes. 3. The machine features automatic pressure adjustment and locking (controlled entirely by CNC), ensuring convenient and rapid operation. 4. An infrared safety protection system is installed around the die-cutting area to safeguard operators at all times.
