The equipment is equipped with an access control system; the machine cannot operate when the door is opened, ensuring operator safety. 9. The device boasts a desktop-style design for simple and intuitive operation. 10. With its compact, integrated design, the equipment is versatile—suitable for use both inside a glove box following conventional procedures and within a drying chamber.
The HMM-PVM-180 Soft-Pack Battery Vacuum Filling and Sealing Machine is an equipment designed for the vacuum filling, vacuum resting, and vacuum pre-sealing processes of soft-pack batteries. Featuring a compact desktop design, it can be used inside a glove box, making it the ideal choice for laboratory and research institute settings when producing soft-pack battery samples.
Power supply: Single-phase AC 220V ±10%, frequency 50Hz, power 1.3kW
Air source: 0.5–0.8 MPa compressed air or inert gas (inert gas is recommended if used inside a glove box)
The infusion pump is equipped with a high-precision peristaltic pump. Vacuum infusion accuracy can be referenced in the "Infusion Accuracy Table," while the infusion volume and infusion rate can be set via the PLC.
The head temperatures can reach up to 250°C at both the front and rear heads; it is recommended to maintain the front and rear heads at 200°C, with temperature uniformity of ±2°C.
Front and rear end caps have parallelism better than 0.03 mm.

Edge banding width is standard at 6 mm, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
