Ultrasonic Welding Machine

Classification:

  • Product Description
    • Commodity name: Ultrasonic Welding Machine

    One , Equipment Parameters

      1. Equipment dimensions

    1.1.1 Welding Machine High-Power Generator Dimensions (Length x Width x Height): 480mm x 365mm x 202mm

    1.1.2 Welding machine head dimensions (topmost part: length x width x height): 420mm x 180mm x 290mm

1.1.3 All measuring instruments on the equipment use metric units.

         1.2 Equipment Power Requirements

1.2.1 Voltage: 220VAC ±10%; Air supply: Pressure range of 0.4–0.6 MPa, humidity less than 48%, and temperature not exceeding 45°C

    1.3 Overall Equipment Description

    1.3.1 Device Structure and Components

This metal welding machine primarily consists of an ultrasonic generator, a transducer, upper and lower sonotrodes, pneumatic components, and a frame, among other parts.

1.3.2 The circuit employs a full-bridge high-power mode, offering stable performance and robust output.

    1.3.3 The upper and lower pole pieces are made of a new alloy material with excellent wear resistance;

    Two , Whole-machine application requirements

2.1 All components are made of metal structures.

2.2 For ease of machine maintenance and transportation, both feature a split structure.

2.3 All equipment is driven by pneumatic systems.

2.4 The equipment is powered by a single-phase supply.

    Three , Equipment usage costs

3.1 The upper and lower sound electrodes are wear-and-tear parts, and the ultrasonic transmitter comes with a three-month warranty under normal operation. They can be repaired, but typically require 3 to 4 repairs before being scrapped.

3.2 Foot switch replaced every 1.5 million cycles

3.3 Replace one relay after 1.5 million operations

    Four , Safety Measures

The equipment meets the company's factory standards. Usage precautions: If the equipment exhibits welding instability, it is strictly prohibited to continue using it; otherwise, the buyer shall assume full responsibility. Additionally, the upper and lower sound-level components are wear-prone parts—please regularly inspect them for tread wear. If wear becomes severe, replace them promptly.

    Five 、 Technical Requirements :
