Customizable die shapes allow the machine to produce and precisely cut electrode sheets of various sizes, tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

1. Sheet-type electrode feeding, with a die template for die-cutting;
2. Driven by a gas-liquid booster cylinder, with adjustable punching force and cutting speed;
3. High-strength frame, precision upper and lower pressure plates, and high-performance cutting tools ensure die-cutting accuracy;
4. Die-cut products have minimal burrs, no powder shedding, and exhibit no visible defects such as creases or indentations;
5. A standard set of positive and negative electrode die-cutting molds is included; the mold shapes can also be customized according to customer requirements.
5. Automatically counts; features a safety light curtain interlock to ensure operational safety.
