- Heat sealing time, pressure, and temperature are precisely controlled within a range of ±5°C, with PLC program control. If the temperature exceeds the upper or lower limit, the machine will automatically shut down.
- Automatic flat-pressure adjustment design for the heat sealing head, with adjustable pressure;
- The heating tube uses 800 watts; the head assembly operates within a maximum temperature range of 250°C ±5°.
- Mechanical parts and fixtures all undergo surface treatments such as electroplating or oxidation.

Up The end cap cylinder has a diameter of 63 mm, equipped with a 63-mm-diameter cylinder and associated mounting components, ensuring they are interchangeable. The cylinder position is adjustable, guaranteeing that the center of the cylinder bore aligns precisely with the center of the material, regardless of the battery model. Additionally, the height of the material carrier plate is adjustable.
- The heat-sealing head features a rigid fixed design, does not allow automatic balancing, and has adjustable air pressure.
- The battery baffle is adjustable.
